B-TECH is an innovative material made from pure cast acrylic, with no mineral fillers. It is highly resistant to impact, heat and the various types of dilute acids and alkalis. Particularly resistant to absorption of certain cosmetic products, such as hair dyes. This is a porcelain GRES slab which is glued to a polyurethane polymer foam support plate to obtain a thickness of 20 mm. GRES is not significantly affected by organic or inorganic chemical solvents, disinfectants or detergents. It prevents mould, bacteria or fungi build-up. GRES is resistant to scratching and deep abrasion, and its properties therefore remain unchanged even after intensive use and frequent cleaning. Our GRES tops are available in thicknesses of 20 mm and encased 120 mm. It can be supplied for supported washbasins or those with an integrated encased basin.Both Tops and Countertop Washbasins are available. The top is composed of a 10 mm expanded PVC panel coated with an HPL (High-Pressure Laminate). UNICOLOR features good qualities of hardness and resistance to impacts, chemical agents, and heat. It is also a compact, homogeneous, and non-porous material, making it highly hygienic. The tops are processed using folding technology; the basin is crafted either by constructing a box structure from a PVC panel veneered with UNICOLOR on the visible sides and counterbalanced with an aluminum sheet, or by using a steel basin which is then clad only on the sides. The tops are available in thicknesses of 1.2 | 10 cm for countertop washbasins and base units, and in thicknesses of 1.2 | 8 | 12 | 15 cm for integrated basins.

Solid Wood tops and fronts are constructed by veneering solid wood onto a plywood core with a thickness of approximately 12 mm. The solid wood is sourced from reclaimed timber taken from old floors and beams of ancient residences, hand-selected and filled where necessary. The depressions, irregularities, and fillings present on the wood surface do not constitute defects as they are deliberately sought after to give the top a rustic and aged effect. Solid Wood tops prepared for countertop washbasins are available in a 10 cm thickness across all finishes with a 90° miter cut, and in an 8 cm thickness only in the EDON finish with a 45° miter cut

Our 1 cm thick tops are made exclusively from extra-clear plate glass to optimise their combination with the cabinet below. They are painted using water-based paints, kiln-dried and protected with a final coat of transparent surface paint to provide the top with further protection against scratching and corrosion. After satin finishing, the top undergoes heat treatment which gives the product a silky finish, stain-resistant and abrasion-resistant. The matt lacquering is carried out through 3 crossed passes of polyurethane varnishing, directly on the square-edged panel which is specially and carefully sanded to allow maximum surface adhesion and make the finish smooth and velvety.

Poplar plywood panel, 18 mm thick, covered with a walnut veneer. The material is waterproof and feels homogeneous and smooth to the touch. Any color changes over time due to light exposure do not represent a defect, but on the contrary, emphasize the fact that it is a natural material. Tops available in a 10 cm thickness.
