Requests for information and free-text comments are provided directly by the user through interaction with Social Networks. 
When using Social Networks , personal data of third parties sent by the user to BMT srl may be processed. In such cases the user acts as an independent data controller, assuming all obligations and responsibilities laid down by law.

Provision of personal data and consequences of refusal.

The data collection forms contain both optional and mandatory fields.
Optional data allows requests to be handled better; failure to provide it will not prevent us from responding as required.
Failure to provide mandatory data will make it impossible to respond to the requests submitted.

Transfer and place of storage of personal data.

Data will not be transferred to a country outside the European Union.
The data collected is processed at the data controller’s premises.
Some processing (or parts of it) may be carried out at the premises of the designated controllers or processors, always within the European Union.
The site is hosted on the WordPress platform of Up Studio srl, via Lugo n. 2, 61100 Pesaro, Italy, which, as an independent data controller, collects certain personal data such as technical cookies in order to provide the browsing service website on the BMT srl site.

Retention period.

Data is kept for no longer than is strictly necessary to fulfil the purposes of the processing. Data processed for pre-contractual purposes/requests for information is retained until the requests have been carried out or answered.
Data processed for contractual purposes is retained for as long as is necessary to perform the contract, without prejudice to the retention obligations laid down by tax, accounting and administrative legislation and until expiry of the limitation periods set out in the Civil Code for the protection of rights.
Data collected for marketing purposes and for sending promotional communications and the newsletter by e-mail will be retained for 24 months from collection and/or updating, unless erasure is requested before that period expires.
Data relating to unsolicited job applications and internship requests is retained for 24 months from receipt. At the end of that period it will be erased/destroyed.
Data relating to registration on the site website is retained until a request is received to close theaccount or until consent is withdrawn.
Data collected automatically during browsing by means of cookies has a lifespan ranging from two years to one day, or does not last beyond the session.

Rights of data subjects and response.

In relation to the processing of personal data, the data subject has the right to ask BMT srl:

In the event of requests for rectification, erasure or restriction of processing, BMT srl undertakes to notify each of the recipients to whom the personal data has been disclosed, unless this proves impossible or involves disproportionate effort (Art. 19 of EU Regulation 2016/679).
